Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own execution of module process, data collection for measurement & inspection, and share data with engineers.
• Coordinate with CH and metrology tool owners to align tool time, execute process sequences, and feedback data to engineers.
• Occasional overtime to support process engineering activities.

You'll record process conditions and experimental observations, perform routine maintenance procedures, and evaluate wafers and thin films. Process Technicians are tasked with preparing cross-section samples for analysis, identifying patterns of interest in imaging, and operating laboratory process equipment and instrumentation.
