Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is hiring for a role that involves lapping and polishing processes, alongside operating manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring quality inspections. The position offers a salary of up to $3000 plus benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 6.15pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in lapping/polishing processes.
• Ability to operate manufacturing machine equipment.
• Familiarity with safety work permits for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform lapping/polishing processes and machine training.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Conduct sampling inspections of parts as per the quality plan.

Job Scope

• Perform Lapping / Polishing process, machine installation and training.
• Operating of manufacturing machine equipment
• Assisting in the preparation of safety work permits to perform maintenance and engineering work in production areas
• Perform troubleshooting/repair on production equipment
• Performing process recovery for equipment
• Sampling inspection of parts as per the quality plan
• Good housekeeping of machine and work area.
• Perform preventive maintenance of machine.
• Assist Technical Specialist/Supervisor in prevent maintenance and enhancement projects.
