About the Role

Our client, a well-established multinational corporation in the precision manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join their operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in operating, maintaining, and optimising specialised process equipment to ensure top-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate lapping and polishing processes to achieve high-quality results
  • Assist in machine installation, setup, and provide training to operators
  • Carry out routine servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process equipment
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and workplace safety standards
  • Work closely with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
Requirements
  • Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, CMM) preferred
  • 2–3 years’ experience in machine operations, process control, or equipment servicing preferred
  • AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
