Job summary

A leading manufacturing company located in Singapore is seeking a production operator to operate equipment and assist with maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Chemical Process Engineering and strong communication skills. This role involves working on Jurong Island with rotating shifts, and candidates without prior experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Operating experience in Chemical / Petrochemical industry is advantageous.
• Willing to work in Jurong Island and perform 12 hours rotating shift.
• Candidates with no prior experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment in the production systems, prepares solutions, and monitors measuring instruments.
• Carries out cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work.
• Participates and responds to the emergency response team.
• Assists maintenance team in plant repair.

Jobscope:

• Operates equipment in the production systems, prepares solutions, monitors certain measuring instruments and equipment, and assists in unloading and loading operations.
• Carries out cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair work in the production systems.
• Participates and responds to the emergency response team
• Assist maintenance team in plant repair

• Diploma in Chemical Process Engineering or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology
• Operating experience in Chemical / Petrochemical industry is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
