Job summary

A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is hiring a Process Technician / Assistant Process Engineer to manage lapping and polishing processes, train others, and operate precision machinery. Candidates should have a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics, alongside at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC is preferred, and proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of PLC systems is advantageous.
• 2-3 years experience in Precision Engineering machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform lapping/polishing process and machine installation.
• Provide training on machinery operations.

Skills

Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC

Ability to read technical drawings

Proficient in using measuring tools

Knowledge of AutoCAD

• Salary: $2,000-$3,000 + AWS + Bonus

Experience & Qualification

• Min. Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics discipline graduates or any technical qualification in Precision Engineering.
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC is added advantages.
• Preferred candidates with min 2-3 Years Working Experience in Precision Engineering machine operation or machinery servicing.
• Can read technical drawing
• Able to use the measuring tool example micrometer, height gauge, CMM
• Knowledge on using Auto Cad
