Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking candidates for process engineering roles. Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
• To troubleshoot out of control situations and process issues, lot disposition and put correction actions in place
• Work as a team with equipment, integration and manufacturing engineers and external customers to meet modules objectives
• Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation
• Assist engineering in short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement for yield improvement and cost saving project.
• Support Production and Engineering run in the production line

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry with technical expertise in Final Inspection Testing
• Candidate must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment and on rotating shift
