A leading chemical company in Singapore is seeking an operator to carry out process operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have at least NITEC in Chemical related courses and be able to work in rotating shifts. This role includes responsibilities such as monitoring processes, conducting patrols, and maintaining documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical process plant will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform house daily housekeeping tasks.

Job description

General Duties

• Carry out process operation.
• Carry out plant area patrols to ensure orderliness during shift.
• Regularly monitor the process, DCS and other systems relating to process.
• Check and ensure that the documentations are recorded properly; to inform superiors when there are any deviation, missing data or wrong data records.
• Ensure that the operations are in compliance with SOP, Quality and EHS requirements.
• Carry out house daily housekeeping and ensuring 5S score above 4.
• Ensure all routine work are carried out as per instructions.
• Continual learning and upgrading through internal and external training.
• Participate in company activities (TPM, KYT, Near Miss, Kaizen and more)

• Candidate must possess at least NITEC in Chemical related courses
• Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude
• Must be able to perform 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical process plant will be an added advantage.
