Job summary

Talentreq Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a site-based Process Safety & EHS professional to support commissioning and startup activities in Singapore. You will work closely with Project, Commissioning, Operations and EHS teams to ensure safe startup and readiness.

You will participate in PSSR, conduct field safety inspections, and verify safety actions such as HAZOP, LOPA and MOC, while ensuring PSM requirements are met before introducing hazardous chemicals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting commissioning and startup activities in chemical/pharma/LNG/process industries.
• Hands-on experience with PSSR.
• Good understanding of PSM principles.
• Experience with HAZOP, LOPA, MOC and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, mechanical completion and field verification.
• Able to work on site in Singapore for the duration of the project.

• Review and verify Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, operating procedures and safety documentation.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Construction and Commissioning teams to identify and resolve process safety issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout commissioning and startup.

• Experience with HAZOP, LOPA, MOC and risk assessments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, mechanical completion and field verification activities.
• Able to work on site in Singapore for the duration of the project.
