• Lead or coach the implementation of process improvement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute well-structured work plans.
• Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Monitor and report status of initiatives.
