Job summary

A global clean-mobility technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced industrial engineer to provide support in layout planning, improve productivity, and conduct cost estimations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese. Competitive working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial engineering support in layout planning, WSIs, routing, and process/material flow.
• Lead productivity and cost-improvement initiatives and supervise assigned work groups.
• Conduct cost estimations for new products and maintain process documentation and standards.
• Coordinate with product teams to implement resource-optimizing solutions.
• Perform time-and-motion studies, identify bottlenecks, and drive LEAN improvements.
• Plan and set up new manufacturing lines, support NPIs and ECOs, and track CAPEX for line setups.
• Execute Value Stream Mapping and support cost and quality enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities
