Job description

(Medical Device – Hearing Aid)
📍 Location: Near Tai Seng MRT Station
🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Compensation & Benefits

• 💰 Basic Salary: Up to $2,800/month + AWS + VB + Allowance

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, validate, and troubleshoot test machines
• Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment
• Support software verification and validation activities
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Troubleshoot and analyze product failures with Engineers to implement corrective/preventive actions
• Participate in process improvement and documentation updates
• Support data collection and analysis for trial runs and product/process enhancement
• Conduct training on test methodologies and procedures
• Handle purchasing, adjustments, and shipment for global site support
• Maintain inventory, lab housekeeping (5S), and EHS compliance
• Support gas phase coating process and other assigned ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Min 1 yr experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) and ability to read schematic drawings
• Basic soldering skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
