Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality production by executing process experiments, monitoring performance, solving technical issues, and collaborating with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production.

The role involves 12-hour shift operations, supporting project execution, and driving yield and defect reduction through data-driven analysis and empowered teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor experience.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and wafer processing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SPC tools, data analysis and problem-solving methods (5 Why, Pareto).
• Ability to work with MES, process control, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.

• Support to Process Engineering team on Project execution & deployment.
• Yield, Quality & Defect Reduction based on engineering analysis.
• Operations & Equipment Support to maintain UP Time for critical tool group.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3-5 years' experience of Semiconductor background, Exposure to cleanroom environment and wafer processing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor process steps and modules
• Familiarity with SPC tools, data analysis, and problem solving methods (e.g., 5 Why, Pareto)
• Ability to work with MES, process control, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with operators, technicians, and engineers
• Willingness to work in cleanroom environment and Night shift pattern, and on-call for Over-time line support.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn complex processes step by step.
