• Support quality team and sales with new product inquiries.
• Communicate with China HQ for technical issues.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To be in charge of powder metallurgy process products line.
• To work out hot press, sinter procedures and parameters.
• To sustain powder metallurgy process stability and improve the in‑process quality.
• In charge of certain product and customer, continuously for product costing down and process optimization.
• Cooperation with quality team and sale team to face customer for new products technical support and solve customer complain.

Job Specifications

• Able to understand productivity and industrial knowledge of setting up the powder metallurgy production line.
• Fully trained with ISO standard, in charge of the SPC, Control plan, FMEA and APQP for respond product. Knowledge of IATF Standards will be an added advantage.
• Experience in basic hands‑on troubleshooting of machineries will be an added advantage.
• Understanding trace element, gas element, microstructures and other necessary physical characteristics of powder metallurgy target.
• Building the DOE and Gantt chat for new R&D products.
• Communication with China HQ for the necessary technical issue.
• Necessary technical support for sale team with new products or NPI.
