Process Engineer /& Snr Maintenance Technician

Senior Maintenance Technician /Mon-Thur, 8am - 8pm @Woodland

Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment such as Pumps/filtration/Heat exchanger etc.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.

Execute repairs, overhauls, and installations of machinery components with precision.

Perform welding, pipefitting, fabrication tasks, and document maintenance activities..

Continuous improvement of Preventive Maintenance schedules and SOP.

Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades, modifications, and capital projects.

Train junior technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and specific equipment repair techniques.

Ensure all equipment and maintenance activities comply with local and federal regulations.

Diploma in Mechanical with 5 years with experience in Polypropylene (PP)

Expertise in pump and piping system maintenance, corrosion-resistant materials/sealing mechanisms.

Able to interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.

Able to handle heavy load, and work at height, and standby 24/7

2. Process Engineer /Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm @Woodland

Maximize operation and machine utilization & monitor scrap rate and improve yield ouput.

Train staffs on the process, and documented maintenance and machines and equipment used.

Support new product development & document new process and provide training to the staff.

Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Maintain equipments in good conditions. Propose & implement for further improvement

Compliant in accordance to ISO 9007 and IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

In-line QC, SPC and improve process stability and SPC / process capability values.

Assist and implement corrective and preventive recurrence action.

Performed in accordance to ISO14001 & ISO45001 including EHS policy, procedures and guidelines

Ensure that safety rules and housekeeping are observed in production and facility areas.

Responsible for work that involves environmental, safety and health matters

Identify and assess any work risks through risk mitigation and safe work procedures.
