Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a production supervisor to lead a team in sheet metal production. Qualifications

  • Familiar with CNC machinery and tooling setup; experience with AMADA machines is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and problem-solving tools (e.g., root-cause analysis).

Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities in coordination with the planning team to meet delivery deadlines.

Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S practices, and process improvements on the shop floor.

Monitor and report production KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.
