Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations (in line with company towards digitalization).
  • Perform risk assessments.
  • Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes.
  • Determine the organization and setup of operations.
  • Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output.
  • Manage cost and time constraints.
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
  • Involve and perform PSM and HAZAOP studies.
  • Become turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdown.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of process industry experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of process-related standards, Process Improvement, and Safety Management.
  • Team-oriented and dynamic.

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary: $3,800 – $4,300
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
  • Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate manages own transport
  • Sign-on Bonus (Terms & Conditions apply)
