Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to lead the process design and optimization for production lines. This crucial role involves training the production team and enhancing technical capabilities while ensuring smooth NPI processes. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in process/electrical design, be proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and fluent in Mandarin for effective communication with teams in China. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields is required.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in process/electrical design involving low-voltage switchgear and bus duct.
• Experience with data center power distribution projects.
• Familiar with UL, IEC standards; experience with UL certification projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, SOP development, and production line setup.
• Collaborate with the China team for New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Act as technical liaison with local suppliers for process improvements.
• Train production teams and enhance their technical capabilities.
