Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize plant processes and production efficiency.
• Review process gaps, propose improvements, and lead implementation after HQ approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Anticipate and prevent potential issues.
• Ensure operations meet design and regulatory standards.
• Lead Risk Assessments and FMEA activities.
• Apply the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine checks, briefings, and training.
• Train and mentor engineers and technicians on new or updated processes.
