Job Responsibilities

Process Engineer:

Oversee daily production to improve efficiency, machine usage, yield, and reduce scrap.

Supervise and support Assistant Engineers and Technicians to ensure tasks are completed properly.

Drive process improvements, cost‑saving projects, and preventive maintenance for smooth operations.

Work with R&D on new product development, including documentation, training, and process standardization.

Ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance through quality checks, SPC records, and corrective actions.

Maintain stable processes and high product quality through data analysis and resolving customer issues.

Follow EHS standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) by promoting safety, cleanliness, and a safe work environment.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a production or process‑related role.

Able to confidently conduct daily production briefings and communicate effectively with team members.

Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, or related industries preferred.

Application Engineer

Job Scope

Interpret technical specifications and prepare proposals for water systems.

Support sales team with technical submissions, drawings, and quotations.

Coordinate with factory and clients to ensure engineering details and project compliance.

Conduct technical presentations, training, and product demonstrations across Asia.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and assist in sales and service activities as needed.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Engineering or related field.

Experience in instrumentation/mechanical systems is an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings.
