Job summary

You will liaise with test houses, calibration and maintenance vendors, and assist the Special Process Supervisor in ensuring procedural compliance. The position emphasizes HSE promotion, risk assessment, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates in relevant disciplines may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Strong communication and critical thinking; able to work in a team or independently.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs for Heat Treatment, Assembly and Cladding operations with Planning to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate between test house, calibration and maintenance vendors.
• Assist Special Process Supervisor in enforcing QMS compliance via routine checks on jobs.
• Promote HSE awareness and ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting of HSE metrics.
• Support integration of HSE practices into daily operations.
• Evaluate, qualify, and monitor vendors for technical and quality compliance.
• Coordinate vendor audits, performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Manage vendor non-conformances, corrective actions and improvement programs.
