Job description

Role Purpose

Responsible for developing and reviewing process design deliverables for the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) project, ensuring compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and international codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process DesignPrepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
  Perform process simulations and calculations for FPSO systems (separation, compression, dehydration, etc.).
  Develop equipment sizing and process datasheets for major equipment.
  
• Safety & ComplianceConduct process safety studies (HAZOP, SIL, etc.).
  Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and project-specific requirements.
  
• Interface CoordinationCollaborate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper integration of process systems.
  Provide technical support during design reviews and client meetings.
  
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare process design reports and technical notes.
  Support procurement by reviewing vendor documents and providing clarifications.
