Job description

• 5 days work week
• Location: North
• Industry: Manufacturing
• $3.4k-$5k (Basic)

Job Scope

• Improve and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Provide daily engineering support to production, troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Develop and implement new processes, process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Monitor process performance (yield, defects, downtime) and drive corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement CAPA to resolve quality or process deviations.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process transfer activities.
• Work with equipment vendors on process equipment setup, qualification, and improvements.
• Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards (ISO/GMP).
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Maintenance teams on improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields).
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, or other process improvement tools.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting equipment or process issues is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO, GMP) and safety practices.
