Job description

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd – Tampines

To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production.

To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement

To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process

To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.

To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities.

To prepare and update Working Instruction.

To provide trainings over W/I to production.

To support on the NPI Process

To support production on mass run

Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
• Experience in continuous process improvement, experience in troubleshooting
• Experienced in equipment assembly of hard disk. etc
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
