Job description

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production.

• To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement.

• To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process.

• To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.

• To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities.

• To update EC master list & tracking.

• To prepare and update Working Instruction.

• To provide trainings over W/I to production.

• To support on the NPI Process.

• To support production on mass run.

• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain).

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing.

• Experience in continuous process improvement, experience in troubleshooting.

• Experienced in equipment assembly of hard disk, etc.

• Strong problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Good project management skills.

• A keen eye for details.

• Good communication skills.
