Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process engineers and technicians to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish a streamlined process operation flow aligned with customer and business requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of production work instructions, including SFC control and SAP processes.
• Oversee engineering change order (ECO) implementations and operational adjustments.
• Drive process efficiency through continuous improvements, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
• Update and track the engineering change (EC) master list.
• Prepare and maintain accurate working instructions.
• Conduct training sessions on work instructions for production staff.
• Support the new product introduction (NPI) process.
• Assist in mass production runs.
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
