Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, qualification, and implementation of new coating processes, and adapt existing coating technologies for new product applications.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical Plans, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and TPM guidelines.
• Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to enhance productivity, product quality, and yield performance.
• Establish and maintain precise records for process validations, procedures, fixtures, and tooling.
• Facilitate the transfer of validated processes to manufacturing and conduct operator and technician training.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure process reliability and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering
• Proven work experience on thermal spray coating processes
• Experience working with AutoCAD, MATLAB and C++ programming
• Good understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing methodology
