• Ensure processes are in compliance all regulations
• Identify, drive, mentor, and implement projects that improve overall production quality
• To commission automation machines in overseas plant

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic engineering fields with at least 1 years of engineering/ automation experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel and able to work weekend/shifts when required
