Job description

Responsibilities

• Study and evaluate new methods and materials to improve current process and manufacturing capability
• Conduct DOE to determine the key process parameters and product characteristics
• Assist production in setting up machine operation procedures and safety guidelines
• Implement new process
• Explore possibility of reducing material standard usage or cheaper sources
• Determine the root cause for sample rejection for process related issue

Qualifications

• 1. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 2 to 3 years’ working experience
• 2. Good trouble shooting and analytical skills
• 3. Independent, creative, resourceful and able to take pressure
