- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Independent, creative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Study and evaluate methods to improve manufacturing capability.
- Conduct DOE to determine key process parameters.
- Assist in setting up machine operation procedures.
- Implement new processes.
- Explore options for reducing material usage.
- Determine root causes for sample rejection.

- Determine the root cause for sample rejection for process related issue
