Job description

NCE (New Chemical Entity) Projects

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, introduce, and run new processes.
• Support campaigns on plant, troubleshooting engineering issues as they arise.

Project Management

• Act as client representative for capital projects, ensuring all customer requirements are incorporated into facility and equipment design and installation.
• Manage contractors on-site during project implementation.
• Commission and qualify new facilities, equipment, and distributed control system/software systems.

Plant Improvements

• Identify and drive improvement projects to enhance plant operability and reliability for both continuous and batch processing modules.
• Provide training to operating staff and ensure implemented improvements are effective and sustained.

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Preferably experience in biopharmaceutical cleanroom projects.
