Responsibilities

• Apply chemical/mechanical knowledge to daily operations, process troubleshooting and improvement.
• Responsible for section quality KPI.
• Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot process-related problems.
• Initiate evaluation work procedures and improve existing processes.
• Prepare and standardize work procedures and provide training.
• Responsible for quality and discrepancies.
• Set quarterly MBO and review.
• Initiate continuous cost reduction activities.

• Work with different stakeholders ( ie. production team and suppliers) to investigate and troubleshoot process related problem
• Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes
• Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
• Responsible for quality and any discrepancies when arise
• Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by Objective)
• Initiate continuous cost reduction activity
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
