Responsibilities

• Participate, fine tune, commission and troubleshoot automation machines
• Maintain and update process documentation record
• Optimise the assembly processes to meet Safety, Productivity requirements
• Ensure processes are in compliance all regulation
• Identify, drive, mentor, and implement projects that improve overall production quality
• To commission automation machines in overseas plant

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering fields with at least 1 year of engineering/automation experience
• Proficiency in SolidWord
• Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skill
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solution
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel and able to work weekend/shifts when required
