Job description
Job Purpose

To lead process design, optimization, and technical docking for the Singapore factory's production lines. The role is critical for ensuring a smooth NPI process, high production efficiency, and superior product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process design, SOP development, and production line setup.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) collaboration with the China team.
  • Technical liaison with local suppliers and process improvement (FMEA).
  • Production team training and technical capability enhancement.
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in process/electrical design, familiar with low-voltage switchgear and bus duct design.
  • Experience in data center power distribution projects.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with UL, IEC standards; UL certification project experience is a plus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Willingness to undergo 15-30 days of onboarding training at the China workplace, covering corporate culture and production processes.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to communicate seamlessly with direct reports in China, and liaise and interact Chinese speaking clients and customers.
  • Proficient in English for handling technical documents and local communication.
