Job summary

A global IT services provider in Singapore is looking for a Process Assurance Analyst to ensure compliance with System Development Methodology. The successful candidate will establish controls and conduct quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle. Key qualifications include a degree in computer science or engineering and 6-9 years of relevant IT process compliance experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, along with proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Qualifications

• At least 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance, audit, or Project Management.
• Strong working experience with MS Office and related tools.
• Prior experience in IT risk management and security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish controls and compliance checks on SDM processes.
• Conduct quality gate review for SDM major milestones.
• Perform walkthroughs and interviews to drive process adherence.
• Report findings and provide consulting support.
• Design and enforce governance & compliance process improvement.
