Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to manage and enhance documentation resources such as Process Documents and Intranet pages. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in professional organizations, with expertise in Process Documentation and familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA. Responsibilities include overseeing document governance and assisting in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of overall experience in professional organizations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Process Documentation or similar areas.
  • Hands-on experience in SDLC processes will be a plus.

Responsibilities

Senior Process Analyst

As a Senior Process Analyst you will be working closely with the Leads on Documenting, updating, managing and housekeeping resources like Process Documents, Intranet pages, Confluence Pages, Templates etc.

  • Manage and govern the Intranet page including making changes, enhancements and updates as required.
  • Manage and govern the Process Documents including making changes, enhancements and updates as required.
  • Manage and govern the Process Templates (PPT, Word, Excel, Confluence and others) including making changes, enhancements and updates as required.
  • Work closely with the Leads to manage the monthly Working Group cadence including Agenda, Attendance, Minutes, Actions, Follow Ups etc.
  • Assist the leads in Process Improvement and other initiatives.
  • Independently manage the regular review, housekeeping and archival of all Resources including Process Documents, Intranet Pages and others.
Experience
  • Overall experience of 6 to 10 years in professional organisations.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in Process Documentation, Assurance, or similar areas.
  • Experience in Communications, PMO or similar roles in IT. Hands on experience in SDLC processes will be a plus.
  • Experience creating Process Documents using MS Word, MS Visio, PPT etc.
  • Experience working on Confluence, JIRA and other tools will be an added advantage
  • Experience in using AI tools to solve problems and automate processes would be an added advantage.
