Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer in construction or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, tools, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost quotations for clients and project stakeholders.
• Review project drawings and specifications; coordinate with site supervisors and clients.
• Prepare and prime surfaces before plastering.
• Select and apply the appropriate plastering materials.
• Protect non-plastering areas using proper coverings.
• Apply plaster to surfaces with a smooth finish.
• Perform repair and maintenance work on existing plastered surfaces.
• Identify and report structural issues to the site foreman.
• Mix and prepare mortar and plaster according to specifications.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors for timely project completion.
