Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport family members to and from school, tuition, activities, appointments and other engagements.
• Manage regular school pick-ups and drop-offs for the children.
• Assist with household errands such as groceries, collections, deliveries and other purchases when required.
• Support the family with ad-hoc transportation needs and schedule changes.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, fueled and well-maintained.
• Monitor vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Salary:S$3,000 per month + CPF
Working Days: 5 days per week

Any overtime or additional duties outside the stated working hours will be discussed and compensated in accordance with applicable employment requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be employed by the company and assigned to provide safe and comfortable private family driving and transportation support to the employer and his family, including two school-going teenagers.

The role involves more than driving and will include school and tuition transfers, transportation for activities and appointments, family errands, grocery runs and other ad-hoc household transportation needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced, responsible, mature, patient, well-presented, discreet and service-oriented, with a genuine sense of responsibility and care when working with children.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport family members to and from school, tuition, activities, appointments and other engagements.
• Manage regular school pick-ups and drop-offs for the children.
• Assist with household errands such as groceries, collections, deliveries and other purchases when required.
• Support the family with ad-hoc transportation needs and changing schedules.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, fuelled and well-maintained.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and other related matters.
• Plan routes efficiently and ensure punctuality, taking traffic conditions into consideration.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the family and their personal affairs.
• Work cooperatively with other household staff and assist with practical tasks when required.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence with a good driving record.
• Previous experience as a private family driver, personal driver or chauffeur preferred.
• Experience driving for families with school-going children or teenagers will be an advantage.
• Patient, calm and courteous when dealing with teenagers, with a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
