Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Personal Driver in Singapore to provide chauffeur services for the employer and family, run errands, and support daily household needs.

You will manage time effectively, plan efficient routes, drive safely, maintain luxury vehicles, ensure confidentiality, and handle ad hoc tasks as required. 5+ years' driving experience and a valid Class 3 license are essential; overtime including weekends/Public Holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Prior experience as a personal driver is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with luxury vehicles is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and road safety practices.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position title: Personal Driver

• Working Days: 5.5 days [ Mon - Fri ; Sat (4 hours) ]
• Working Timing: 9 am to 6 pm
• Working Location:Nassim Road
• Starting Salary: SGD3600 after confirmation SGD3700

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide chauffeur services to the employer and the employer's family.
• Run errands and support the daily needs of the household.
• Manage time effectively and adapt to schedule changes or last-minute requests.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, taking into account traffic conditions and potential delays.
• Drive safely at all times, adhering to all traffic regulations to avoid accidents, incidents, and traffic violations.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition on a daily basis.
• Perform vehicle upkeep, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, refuelling, Cash Card top-ups, and arranging servicing, inspections, and repairs when necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters involving the employer and the employer's family.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a proven track record of safe and reliable performance.
• Prior experience as a personal driver will be an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required.
• Skilled in driving large vehicles (e.g., Toyota Alphard) and electric vehicles.
• Experience in handling luxury vehicles is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and demonstrates excellent road safety practices.
