We are representing our client, an established regional bank, to look for a Private Banking Team Lead to build and manage a team of Relationship Managers for the North Asia market.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
• Develop and execute business strategies to build market share, develop customer base and AUM.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs while ensuring full compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide Wealth Management advisory to high net worth clients in the North Asia market to grow, manage and preserve clients’ wealth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of relationship managers as well as demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
• Strong and established network within the North Asia Market.
• Completed CACS Papers 1 & 2 and any other required professional certifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
