• Support Client Advisors (RMs) in client interaction and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Process banking and investment transactions, including order taking and trade execution.
• Provide ongoing financial advisory service and compile marketing presentations.
• Collate reports, prepare client documents, and perform follow-ups.
• Assist with administrative duties to enhance client service.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor new CAAs and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
