Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD supports UOB Private Bank by hiring a Business Risk Analyst focused on post-trade surveillance, QA testing, and anti-fraud controls. The role develops SME knowledge on investment products and front-office controls.

Based in Singapore, this is a 24‑month full-time agency contract, office-based at One Raffles Place, with 9:00–18:30 hours; leaves include annual leave and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QA/testing or surveillance experience in financial services.
• Strong Excel reporting, data analysis, and control testing skills.
• Knowledge of front-office processes and private banking controls.
• Ability to work under pressure, communicate clearly, and collaborate with risk partners.
• Experience with anti-fraud monitoring and investment suitability checks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-trade surveillance and tape/email monitoring for client accounts.
• Conduct regular/thematic QA testing and reassess control effectiveness.
• Identify root causes and propose corrective actions for process exceptions.
• Report testing results, track findings, and present outcomes to risk partners.
• Support regulatory changes and controls enhancements across Private Bank.
