Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Premium Banking Relationship Manager.
• At least 3 years as a Premium Banking Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Completion/preparation of CACS Paper 1 & 2 preferred.

• Conduct timely KYC reviews for existing customers and support relationship managers with preliminary checks on new onboarding clients.
• Assist relationship managers with order executions through phone communications.
• Maintain, organize, and transfer transaction documents to the appropriate departments efficiently.
• Prepare welcome packages and necessary documentation, ensuring timely delivery to clients following account openings.
• Verify documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth transactions and operations.
• Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department or management as needed.

Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Premium Banking Relationship Manager or at least 3 years as a Premium Banking Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Candidates with completion/preparation of CACS Paper 1 & 2 are preferred
