About the Role:

We are seeking an Assistant to join the Private Banking team of a leading financial institution in Singapore, serving Japanese high-net-worth clients. You will begin by supporting relationship managers and client service operations, with the opportunity to develop into a Private Banker in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support related to Japanese high-net-worth clients.
• Communicate with clients in both Japanese and English, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Assist with account opening, documentation, and various operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on client-related matters.
• Support Private Bankers in day-to-day activities and client management tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in client service, operations, or financial services.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English to liaise effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Client-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in an international environment.
