In this role, you will be the primary advisor, conducting consultative analysis to understand and meet the unique financial objectives of our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with at least 1 year of relationship management experience. Your expertise will be crucial in deepening client relationships by providing insightful market updates and trend analysis. Responsibilities
  • Maximize new business, acquisition, and referral opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships for the Priority Clients segment.
  • Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.
  • Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
  • Source and call on individual prospects.
  • Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
  • Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls set by the bank and external regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • Diploma holder and relevant CMFAS papers.
  • Highly results‑driven, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage customers of all levels with assertiveness.
