Join Standard Chartered’s Priority Banking Apprenticeship Programme to develop skills and gain experience in wealth and retail banking over 12 months.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in two 6-month rotations across Onshore Priority - Frontline Support, Segment Proposition, or Onshore Central Team.
- Support Priority Relationship Managers with sales support, portfolio management, client management, and compliance or operational risk.
- Develop and manage value propositions for Personal and Affluent client segments.
- Work on meaningful projects with structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Graduates from all Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience.
- Permanent legal right to work in Singapore.
- Keen interest in the Banking and Finance industry.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
- Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Ability to manage queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgement.
