About Us

Our team serves both retail and corporate clients, mainly dealing with printer diagnose, troubleshoot and repair. We are looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Printer Technician to join our service team.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laser printers and copier machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and part replacement (e.g., drum, fuser, rollers, toner system).
• Assist with on‑site and in‑shop service support, including installation and setup.
• Maintain service records, parts usage, and repair documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales and admin team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Continuously learn new repair techniques and product updates.
• Training provided.
• Performance based commission.

Requirements
