Job summary

A well-established packaging company in Singapore is looking for a Production Supervisor. The role requires overseeing production staff on the printing line and ensuring high-quality output as well as efficiency. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in metal printing or relevant offset printing with a secondary education background. The position involves day and night shifts and requires strong communication and operational skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in metal printing or any relevant Offset Printing.
• Ability to operate and ensure smooth running of machines.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge and responsible for production staff on printing line.
• Raise DRF of material needed for each Work Order.
• Achieve 100% OTIF and minimize rejects/waste.
• Increase machine efficiency and utilization.
• Communicate directions and instructions to staff.
• Prepare detailed documentation accurately and timely.
• Rotating day and night shifts.

3. To produce and achieve 100% OTIF and minimize rejects/waste.

4. To increase machine efficiency and machine utilization.

5. To operate and ensure smooth running of machines

6. To ensure good quality products are produced. To raise overall awareness of quality

7. To ensure that all relevant and important directions and instructions are communicated to all his staff

8. To compute all documentation required with sufficient details and accuracy, & updated on time

9. Rotating day and night shift

Qualifications / Experience

1. Secondary education.

2. 5 years experiences in metal printing or any relevant Offset Printing

3. 5 days work week
