Micron’s Singapore site seeks a Principal TEM Automation Engineer to lead automation of FIB/TEM workflows in the YE lab, advancing sample prep, data quality, and AI-driven processes for NAND technology development.
You will develop scripts, analyze TEM data, and apply ML techniques while collaborating across Technology Development and global manufacturing teams. A PhD or equivalent experience is expected.

Are you passionate about Focused Ion Beam (FIB) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)? Micron has an outstanding Yield Enhancement (YE) lab under Technology Development (TD) at its Singapore site. We have the most sophisticated TEMs available in the electron microscope field and state‑of‑art FIB tools for the preparation of TEM specimens. YE lab is crafting novel workflow and specialized AI‑Driven automation solutions to achieve next‑level efficiency, accuracy and precision of sampling and data quality. This candidate will be assigned to advanced FIB and TEM techniques to build automated process and support next generation NAND in TD.
In addition, your growth opportunities include developing your knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processing and various characterization techniques.
