A leading semiconductor company seeks a Realtime Defect Analysis Technology Development Manager to lead a team in defect detection and process improvement. As a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Technology Development Manager in F10 NAND TD, you will lead a team in the use of next-generation defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve issues. The goal of this position is to accelerate cycles of learning and technology transfer in Technology Development. We need leaders who are passionate about developing their team, delivering solutions to our internal customers, and driving our supplier's road maps to meet our future inspection needs. This position will provide the opportunity for you to collaborate with process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis within and outside Technology Development. As a Technology Development RDA Lead, your leadership and innovation will have the ability to impact the team globally. You and your team will be responsible to support experimentation, data analysis, baseline health metrics, and systematic and random defect improvement through partnering with others in Technical Development and Global Manufacturing.

Qualifications: Successful candidates for this position will be someone who
Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Coordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.
