A leading crypto exchange in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager for Compliance Product to enhance compliance systems and implement the Travel Rule. This role involves defining product strategies, designing user-friendly workflows, and collaborating with various teams to maintain compliance. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of product management experience, particularly in fintech or crypto, and is skilled in systems thinking and communication.
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
As the Product Manager in Compliance Product, you will own and enhance OKX's compliance systems, with a primary focus on building trust and enhancing user experience. You will lead the development of our Travel Rule solution — a key product area responsible for enabling secure, compliant, and seamless crypto transfers across both retail and institutional users. The Travel Rule, introduced by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), requires that certain information is shared between Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) during crypto transfers. You'll own the challenge of implementing this in a way that upholds our regulatory obligations without compromising user experience or transfer success rates. This is a cross‑functional and cross‑ecosystem role — you'll collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Design, and external partners to build systems that work globally, scale across user segments, and remain adaptable as regulations evolve.
