A leading solar energy company in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to develop innovative interdigitated back-contact (IBC) solar cell technology. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in R&D within the solar or semiconductor industries and hold a Master's degree. This role focuses on enhancing production efficiency and involves hands-on experimentation, ensuring a proactive and communicative approach.

This position is responsible for the development of interdigitated back-contact (IBC) solar cell technology for commercial production. The candidate to bring innovative ideas to enhance conversion efficiency while reducing processing costs and complexity. A strong background in semiconductor physics, thin film deposition, and experimental designs and analysis is essential. The individual will also design production line equipment for IBC technology and play a proactive role in staying updated on external solar cell technology advancements affecting the REC technology roadmap.
